Bill Schabel has over 20 years of highly successful experience developing and delivering training and communications programs, primarily for blue chip firms.

He has presented over 1,500 high-impact training programs across the United States and in a host of foreign countries. He is a frequent speaker for ASTD (total of ten presentations at the International Conference and local chapter meetings), the Softbank Institute, the Society for Human Resources Management, the International Research Institute, Toastmaster's International, and the International Quality and Productivity Center.

Bill was also featured in a Technical Training article on Interactive Distance Learning by Richard Koonce, "Stand-Up Trainer to Stand-Out Facilitator: How to Make the Transition" in January/February, 1999.

After a thirteen year tenure with Southern Company and the Southern Company College, he founded HyPerformance Learning, Inc., a training, speaking, and consulting organization where he specializes in developing and delivering training and communications services embracing performance management, change management, communications, presentation and facilitation skills, and Interactive Distance Learning, among a host of other subjects.
